This advert is for six two-bedroom/three-person properties (one double and one single bedroom). These properties are upper flats so suitable for applicants who can manage stairs. The properties include a washer/drier.

The rental charge advertised does not include service charges, so the final monthly rent will be slightly higher than advertised. A full month's rent (including service charges) will be required when you sign your tenancy agreement and receive your keys.

These properties are still under construction and public access to the construction site is not permitted. Viewings will be arranged for successful applicants once the properties are completed.

Please note that on one of these properties, preference will be given to existing Link tenants.
